April 2 marks the 91st anniversary of the birth of the famous Soviet circus artist, tiger trainer, representative of the legendary circus dynasty Walter Zapashny. He passed away 12 years ago. The performances of Walter, as well as his sons Askold and Edgard, were probably seen by many, but the General public is unlikely to know what happened behind the scenes.
